ELLE DECOR
“Le Sette Valli is a declaration of love to the traditional architecture of rural Puglia, the opera of an architect from Lecco, Massimo Brambilla…
“Two structures comprise the imposing maison: an original trullo…and then a connected edifice made of the same stone, but more elegant and full-bodied. The architect's intervention has maintained the ancient configuration, carrying out a careful restoration that safeguarded the sequence of the rooms as well as the partitions and openings. The walls in particular required differentiated work, because they bear the imprint of the soul of the home, its history made of a rough authenticity, and entrusted with the task of eternalizing the essence of the past…
“The outside is a sweet invitation to enjoy the clear air and the evocative landscape, eating al fresco in the kitchen with a shaded dining area... A joyful tangle of trees stretches all around, from whose knotty embrace the house lets itself be enveloped and protected, keeping its memories tight.”
ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST ITALIA
“Reviving the Apulian territory by bringing new life to disused and abandoned structures: this is the goal of the Acqua di Puglia brand, conceived by the architectural studio of Massimo Brambilla, specialized in the renovation of homes that had lost their role and which are now finding a new vocation in tourism.
“Among the projects completed in 2020 is Le Sette Valli, in Fasano: an old trullo unusually excavated with half of its surface in the mountainous rock, which has been flanked over time by a more elegant and full-bodied building, also built in stone. The restoration has enhanced all the classic construction elements that compose it...”

About Us
Piero, originally from Puglia (as seen in this photo taken at home in Bari) moved overseas to marry his wife. Together, they traveled to Italy every summer to be with family and eventually decided to deepen their family’s strong roots in Puglia by establishing their own home in the region.
Their search fortunately led them to this special property with views that mesmerize them and a home with great history and architecture. The surrounding valley, and the feelings of reflection and inspiration the property invoked, led them to choose the name Le Sette Valli (in English, The Seven Valleys) from a mystical book about the journey of the soul.
